Advertising Account Manager

Be the trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client advertising accounts, owning account health, performance, and the relationship behind it.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client advertising accounts, building and maintaining strong commercial relationships
- Manage day-to-day oversight of client advertising accounts, including campaign budgets, account health, and performance against client objectives
- Liaise closely with the creative team to ensure advertising campaigns align with each client's commercial goals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support client onboarding, account growth, and campaign planning
- Monitor and analyse advertising account performance, sales trends, and customer engagement across managed accounts
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, growth markets, and competitor activity
- Manage client advertising budgets and ensure expenditure delivers measurable returns on investment
- Prepare advertising account performance reports and recommendations for clients and senior management
- Ensure all advertising activities comply with marketplace advertising policies and relevant advertising standards
- Support the development of client brand presence and reputation across advertising channels
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in advertising account management, marketing, or business development, preferably within e-commerce or a related sector
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising account management, including Amazon and TikTok Shop advertising platforms
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client advertising accounts simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account performance and commercial returns
- Budget management and commercial awareness
- Proficiency in CRM systems, advertising reporting tools, and performance dashboards
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred
- Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or Amazon Advertising certification advantageous
Brand Manager

Shape brand strategy for our client portfolio, driving growth through positioning, new business, and closer collaboration across the agency.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage brand strategies for client product portfolios to drive sales growth across e-commerce marketplaces
- Act as the lead point of contact for client accounts, ensuring brand positioning and messaging align with each client's commercial goals
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including new client acquisition and account expansion
- Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales trends, market share, and brand visibility across managed accounts
- Coordinate with advertising and account management teams to ensure brand strategy is reflected in campaigns and account activity
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify positioning opportunities and inform brand strategy decisions
- Manage brand-related budgets and ensure brand investment delivers measurable commercial returns
- Prepare brand performance reports and strategic recommendations for clients and senior management
- Ensure brand activities comply with marketplace policies and relevant advertising and brand standards
- Support business development initiatives to grow the company's client portfolio and overall sales pipeline
What we're looking for
